Central Nova Women's Resource Centre and the Lawrence House Museum are celebrating Canada's 150th with a multi-cultural family-friendly community event. Activities for everyone to enjoy! EVERYTHING IS FREE!
"Her"itage Day offers the opportunity to step back in time with:
- free entrance into the Lawrence House Museum
- historic children’s games
- "her"itage displays
- displays and demonstrations of traditional skills and crafts
- an afternoon tea on the lawn with special guest speakers
- a musical presentation by Rosalee Peppard - Canadian Women's Musical Oral Historian
